The entry level segment is the real place where we can see advancement of technology. This market shows what people can get for lowest price.

Omega 6 is one of the best example of this game change. We are getting dual cameras for the first time in such price. The CG Omega 6 comes with 5.5” HD IPS display. It is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad core processor and 1 GB of RAM. The on-board storage amount is 16 GB. Where as users can only use micro SD card up to 32 GB.

At the back, it carries 2600 mAh battery to juice up the device. There is a back placed fingerprint sensor below the cameras. These days we can see fingerprint sensors in mobiles of  almost all price range. It is good to see them here in such budget range phone. This shows that people demand such sensor these days on their phones.

Coming over to the MVP of the device or the camera. CG Omega 6 boats dual camera set at its back. There is a 13 MP+2 MP camera combo at the back. At front there is standard 5 MP camera for selfie. The back camera is very interesting here considering the new dual setup and pixel count. This high pixel count of primary camera lets it capture highly detailed photos at larger resolutions. With secondary 2 MP camera, users can get better depth of field effect and good looking photos with better focus.

Impressions: The Omega 6 is currently running on Android Nougat. It is a dual SIM phone but only supports 3G connectivity. CG is doing impressive job with their phones. Their new Omega phones with taller display and new design gives a better refresh. On top of that Omega 6 bringing dual camera and with high pixel count is more impressive.

Considering the price of the mobile, CG Omega 6 packs a lot. It has a reasonably powerful hardware for doing mid level work with apps. This can take nice photographs with the new camera improvement. Omega 6 is surely a tough competitor for market and people looking for smartphone at this range should definitely have a look at this.
