OnePlus products are always in highlight and this is due to their tagline and products. Their new OnePlus 6 is now main attraction for this year after previous OP 5T. For base model of 64 GB Mirror Black version, the OnePlus 6 price in Nepal is Rs 71,000. Company is going to announce the price of all variants soon after launch.
Since the beginning OnePlus is very popular for their smartphones. They always try to make phones of market standard top notch quality at least offering price. We are seeing a gradual increase in the price and now they are above the $500 price limit. So they are in the normal flagship price now. Still it is about $300 cheaper than current gen highest end phones.
Oliz Store is the one to break the official price first. Their site states that there are five models of this new phone coming to Nepal. They are Mirror Black 64 GB/ 128 GB version, Midnight Black 128/256 GB version and Silk White 128 GB model. The 64 GB version has 6 GB RAM and 128 GB model has 8 GB RAM. This is more than enough memory for any smartphone right now.

Each year the company launches about two phones and one is the major upgrade. OnePlus 6 is major iteration and it has some new changes like bigger screen with notch. This phone is using a 6.28” Optic AMOLED screen with 1080X2280 resolution. At top it gets protection by a Gorilla Glass 5 cover as well.
On the inside, it is using a Snapdragon 845 chipset with octa core processor and Adreno 630 GPU. The processor consists of high frequency 2.8 GHz quad core set and another low power 1.7 GHz quad core set. There is no micro SD card support so users will have to stay satisfied at 128 GB storage at maximum.
The camera is also quite powerful here in this phone. Back side holds dual camera setup with 16 MP f/1.7 sensor with OIS and 20 MP f/1.7 sensor combo. It can now record at 4K 60 fps which is great and also at 1080p 240 fps and 720p 480 fps. The 2160p at 60 fps makes a lot of difference in film making. Also it comes with 16 MP f/2.0 front sensor which is capable of taking brilliant crispy selfies.
This phone is filled with features as fast charging known as Dash Charge. It has a fingerprint scanner at back and 3300 mAh battery under the back side. Battery might be a bit smaller for phone of such big screen. It also has Bluetooth 5, lots of sensors and runs on Android 8.1 Oreo with Oxygen OS on top. OnePlus phones get updates quickly and regularly which is one good aspect of the company.

On the paper this smartphones looks amazing as it has all the latest specs and top end hardware. We still wish that manufacturers could keep the SD card slot in their phones. Many reviewers are really praising this phone. As the specs and build is great everything boils down to price. The current price is in the same level of flagship from other big companies like Samsung and Huawei.
We like this new phone and this phone is loved mainly by enthusiasts. For other normal people lesser price difference may actually push them to purchase from popular and older brands. It happens too often because people tend to prefer popular brands if the price difference is no substantial. Other than these things OnePlus has again done great and we hope to see them continue this in future.
