Within a small time after launch of Galaxy M10 in India, Samsung Nepal has also launched the Galaxy M10. The Galaxy M10 is the entry level phone from Samsung. It is the newest phone from latest generation and lineup. Samsung has redesigned the design and refreshed specs to attract the shifted users. We already did full review of Galaxy M10 and published it on the international launch date. Samsung Galaxy M10 price in Nepal is Rs 13,790 for the 2 GB RAM model with 16 GB storage.
Galaxy M10 is a budget range phone that comes with new design with Infinity V screen. It has 6.22″ LCD screen with a small notch at the top. Design is different but it is loved by many people people. There are less bezels and there is more screen. Many people love notches and big screen. M10 also comes with good size of battery and a decent camera.
Specs of the phone is in the entry segment as the price is also there. Since a long time J series was not being a deal maker and people were moving towards other Chinese options. But with the new M series people are positive with Samsung. Many people are positive with M20 and they are already hyped for M30 and M50.

We did the review in advance because we had the review sample before the launch. The rumors told about different processor but we reported Exynos 7870 from start because that was what we had on our hands. As finally the dust settled, everyone has realized that it is the Exynos 7870. It is power efficient octa core processor from Samsung. This is a decent processor that can handle all the basic tasks with ease.
As the Galaxy M10 has standard specs that a good entry level phone should have, processor works accordingly. In our review we have showcased the camera samples. We are also amazed to see that the dual lens setup can do good ultra wide and live focus shots. Even our Note 9 can’t do ultra wide shots.
Some small things are still disappointing for many of us. First of all Galaxy M10 doesn’t have a fingerprint scanner. Samsung should realize that it is now bare minimum to make a phone now days. The phone does have face unlock which works good but nothing matches rear mounted fingerprint scanner at this price. We see USB Type C on M20 but we just see micro USB 2.0 on M10. We understand that it is a cheaper phone but we also know Samsung is the company that can set new trend and standard.
Conclusion and Impression
Galaxy M10 is the phone that was highly needed by the market. As the saying goes “Better late than never”, it is very good to see Samsung change its style. Looking at the price we are very satisfied. It is very close to the Indian price and if we consider the VAT, profit and other duty then the price is superb.
In our view Samsung Galaxy M10 is a considerable upgrade over the older J series phones. The phone comes with a very big and good looking screen, good enough battery and pretty good working camera. For many people who look for budget Samsung phones, this is definitely a good purchase.
