The new Note phone of 2017 is out. Samsung launched the new Galaxy Note 8 this year. There are lots of changes and upgrades in various departments this time also. Camera, size, battery upgrade, design changes and lots of things. Samsung has done a lot to cover after Note 7 debacle. The design language is very much similar to previous Galaxy S8.
Note lineup is a flagship line from the company. It is always bigger, better and powerful than S model of that same year. They tend to have the same design language though. Just like that, Note 8 also has same design language as Galaxy S8. Samsung has given its hard effort to make Note 8 safer and better.
Galaxy Note is meant for more advanced power, business users and professionals. The special part is having a big screen and stylus. There are always some plus features in Note comparing to S models. As for now, these are the specification of new Galaxy Note 8.

Just like the Galaxy S8, Note 8 also ships with different storage options according to region. Most common is 64 GB version for market like USA. Whole world is getting Exynos 8895 chipset while USA and China are again getting Snapdragon variant. Battery size is big but not as big as it was in Note 7 when that launched.
Samsung has definitely joined the better camera league with the introduction of dual camera. Note 8 now features dual camera setup with two 12 MP f/1.7 sensors at back. They capture better quality images and videos than before.
Features and Impressions
The company played safe with battery again bearing in mind the consequences of Note 7. Galaxy Note 8 is powerful and rich as expected. It has all the sensors like gyrosensor, compass, barometer, heart rate monitor, IR Scanner and much more. The phone feels and looks premium and solid just as it should be.
Note 8 comes with Android 7.1.1 and will be updated to Android Oreo very soon. Unlike S8, Bixby is now fully functional. The screen is same 18.5:9 Infinty display but larger. Samsung is now shipping 6 GB flagship phones worldwide with wide range of storage options and SD card support as well. There are two 12 MP camera at back, one is normal wide-angle one but next is Telephoto AF lens mounted sensor. Some new notable features of Galaxy Note 8 are:

Note 8 has a lot to offer with new UI, tweaks and updates. The S pen and its features are more powerful. 6 GB RAM give lots of head for multitasking and power works. There are lots of improvements and lots to see. We will be reviewing this phone after it lands in Nepal.
